Mediation - Try it out!

Let’s be real, meditation is not an easy task. To be fair we aren’t exactly pros at it either, but right now since we are all stuck at home we thought it's best time as any to connect with yourself. Below are three simple tips that we have found beneficial for beginners.

1) Don’t overthink it

Try not to get caught up in the how, where or what to sit on – it’s not that important. The most important thing is just to get started

2) Find yourself

Check in with yourself and see how you are truly feeling – What’s the quality of your mind? Busy? Tired? Anxious? How is your body feeling?

3) Make sure to smile

Once you are finished with your meditation session, be sure to smile & be proud of yourself.
